We have already started the debate about what needs to be done and what we need to have in our community, to address the issues surrounding young peoples lack of opportunities in the jobs market and what they need in their communities to help them thrive. By directly engaging with them about what the barriers and obstacles they may face, what the solutions could be and how to bring them about. 

There is no doubt that the current system of a one size fits all approach, has let many young people down in communities like ours. We intend to find new, tailored and innovative ways to aid young peoples journey’s, whether into the world of work, further education or making a positive change in society.
